After ballet took its toll on my body, I turned to yoga as an alternate means of staying fit. What I discovered was so much more than physicality. I relished in the fact that when practicing yoga, my mind quieted and a transformation took place beyond the physical.
I have practiced different styles of yoga for 20 years, realizing that there isn’t one perfect type of practice. Just as each day is different and each person has different needs, such is the truth behind yoga.
I have over 500 hours of yoga teacher certification from CorePower Yoga encompassing Hot Power Fusion (a variation of Bikram), Power Yoga (a vinyasa style class), Sculpt Yoga (a HIIT workout using weights and yoga), and Restorative Yoga (yin yoga).
I offer corporate workshops or you can find my classes at CorePower Yoga Westlake, CorePower Yoga Thousand Oaks, and SoulBody Yoga in Moorpark, CA.
